He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore and Elsie. He is survived by: his former wife Norma Mueller; his brother Leroy "Buddy" Mueller; his stepdaughters, Michelle Arnold and Deborah Eddy; his son-in-law Timothy Ballard; his niece Trudy Meister; his grandsons, Michael Arnold, Dustin Ballard (Lyndsay), Ryan Ballard (Ashley) and Sean Ballard (Lindsay Weigel); his great grandchildren, Caden Ballard, Nolan Ballard, Carter Ballard, Lily Ballard, Dylan Glotfelty, Heidi Glotfelty and Natalie Sutton; his cousin Janet Milliot (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Diane Boschert (Tom), Joyce Wegel (Carl), LuAnn Orlet (Carl), Roy Mueller (Anita), Jerry Mueller (Connie), Larry Mueller (Michelle), Vicky Steirer (Joe), Tina Baum (Jeff) and George Meister, Jr..
