He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gutjahr and Amanda Gutjahr (Fenner); his sisters, Iola Gutjahr, Viola Spellman and Judith Robb; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Gutjahr, Joan Gutjahr, Charles Kane, James Jetton and Robert Haudrich.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Haudrich; his children, Becky Ryan (Bill) of O'Fallon and Aaron Gutjahr (Sarah) of Brentwood; his grandson Connor of O'Fallon, Missouri.; and his siblings, Charles Gutjahr of Oakdale, IL, Albert Gutjahr (Sharon) of Nashville, IL, Thomas Gutjahr of Coulterville, IL, Cathy Kane of Marissa, IL and Barbara Jetton of Coulterville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Agatha Parish in the form of masses or to the American Lung Association.
