He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Hargrove and Patricia Hargrove (Savoy); and his brother Buddy R. Hargrove. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Hargrove (Moore); his children, Paul D. Hargrove, Jr. (Leslie) of New Athens, IL, Michelle R. Merlenbach (John) of New Athens, IL and Mike Hargrove (Kim Maki) of New Athens, IL; his siblings, Ronnie Hargrove (Linda) of Woodriver, IL, Mike Hargrove (Gina), Pollyanna Buneta and Lynda Rivard (Don); his sister-in-law Mary Ann Burgess of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Hailey Hargrove (Sean Hill), Aaron Kreher, Andy Kreher (Ashley), Sonni Merlenbach (Randy Ahne), Chase Merlenbach, Paige Salger (Chris) and Phylica Lang; and his great grandchildren, Landon Kreher, Ean Kreher, Peyton Kreher, Bentley Kreher, Joanna Hill, Brysen Ahne and Cameron Lang.
