Laverne R. Warden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverne R. Warden of New Athens, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warden and Helen Warden (Geller); and his siblings, Virginia, Red, Modglin, Leonard "Worm" Warden (Clarice Callahan), Dorothy "Dot" Kramer (John) and Geraldine "Gerry" Delehanty.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Herbert Delehanty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces.
In lieu of flowers, it was Pete's wish that any memorials in his honor be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
