She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Seibert and Brailene (Reese); her spouse Gailan Adams; her daughter Michelle Thompson; and her brother Ronnie Seibert.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan (Lori Thompson) and Susan (Jerry Godfrey). She is also survived by Eight Grandchildren, sixteen Great Grandchildren, and one Great Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital or Children's Miracle Network.
