He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Cook, II and Catherine Cook (Duvall); and his sister Mary Georger. He is survived by: his wife Eloise "Elly" Cook (Schott); his daughters, Emily Catherine Juenger (Jeremy) of New Athens, IL and Shannon Kathleen Cook-Messina (Brian) of New Athens, IL; his siblings, Janet Ketcherside of Ironton, MO, Carol Diedriech of St. Louis, MO, Judy Gregorc of High Ridge, MO, Wayne Cook of Ironton, MO and Robert Cook of Arnold, MO; and his grandchildren, Cole, Clay Juenger and Charlotte Isabel Messina.
