He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hoffman and Beverly Hoffman (Seblewski); and his brother David Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Skaggs; his children, Kayla Hoffman of Okawville, IL, Rachel Caraway (Don) of Carterville, IL and Tony Smithe of Albers, IL; his siblings, Gary Hoffman of Du Quoin, IL, Donnie Hoffman of Du Quoin, IL, Gene Hoffman (Alyssa) of Du Quoin, IL and Donna Erb of Du Quoin, IL; and his grandchildren, Anaiya Caraway, Jayden Caraway, Evelyn Caraway, Joanna Caraway, Sebastian Eggemeyer and River Bobby.
