She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Clarence Ablett and Anna Rhea Ablett (Hargrave); her husband Paul G. Hacker; her son Richard Hacker; her son-in-law Donald Jansen; and her siblings-in-law, Warren and Olinda Hacker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Ann Hanft (Jon) of New Athens and Jeanne Jansen of Fairview Heights; her granddaughter Kathryn Hacker of Fairview Heights, IL; her great grandchildren, Katy Hacker, Scott Hacker (Jennifer Zeigler), Roger Hacker (Marisa Giller) and Laurie Gray (Chad); and her niece Pam Sutton (Dave) of Lenzburg, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Athens Home for the Aged or to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
