Donald J. Mueller Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald J. Mueller of New Athens, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Mueller and Clara Mueller (Schulz); his wife Phyllis S. Mueller (Smith); and his son Christian Mueller. He is survived by: his brother Robert L. Mueller; his nieces, Marlene Mueller (Terry Florek) and Kathy Eckart (Ralph); his sister-in-law Elaine (Howard); and his nephews, Frank "Bud" Mayr (Lori), James Mayr (Michelle), Thomas Mayr (Vicki) and William Mayr (Susan). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to be made to St. John United Church of Christ in New Athens.
