She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cahoon and Evelyn Cahoon (Onash); her husband Marvin M. Korves; and her siblings, Ray, Jerry, Carlisle, Marlin Cahoon, Ruth Sumler, Evelyn Marie Carle and Gracie Cahoon.

She is survived by: her children, Marvin Korves (Steve Mazner) of Chicago, IL, Helen Warner (Cory) of New Athens, IL and Brian Korves (Stacey) of Barstow, CA; her siblings, Robert Cahoon of New Athens, IL, Clifford Cahoon (Karen) of Murphysboro, IL, Roger Cahoon (Henny) of Frohna, MO and Sandra Girard of Millstadt, IL; her grandchildren, Sahvanna Owen (Hunter), Patrick Korves (Rhiannon), Katelynn Bindel (Michael) and Kaycee Warner; and her great grandchildren, Caiden, Ashton, Thomas Owen, Saphira, Osiris Korves, Everley and Lucy Bindel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
