She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Sauerwein and Lorene Sauerwein (Close); her stepmother Dorothy Sauerwein (Wicoff); her brothers, Danny and Bobby Sauerwein; her sister-in-law Karen Sauerwein; and her nephew Rodney Paul Sauerwein.
She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lee Volner of New Athens; her sons, Christopher Lee Volner (Misty) of New Athens, Robert James Volner (Christine) of Harrah, OK and Zachary Ryan Volner (Mary Harris) of Collinsville, IL; her siblings, Rodney Sauerwein (Ronna Blake) of New Athens, IL, Glen Sauerwein Jr. of Walsh, IL and Tammy Hubert (Charlie) of Collinsville, IL; and her grandchildren, Delilah, Kynzli, Waylon, Kyndal, Keifer and Carter.
