He was predeceased by: his father James A Parker; his grandparents, George, Elizabeth Parker, Joe and Dora Grott; and his godparents, Ray and Cecilia Fulte.
He is survived by: his mother Helen L. Parker; his sister Beth Vayette (Jeff "Frost"); and his godchild Taylor Vayette of New Athens, IL.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agatha Catholic Church (549 Mill St, New Athens, IL 62264). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Agatha Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus or to the New Athens Fire Department.
