She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Martin Bless; her husband Henry Hammel; her sister Eva Piry; her brother-in-law Josef Piry; her children, Maria Munier of Mascoutah, IL, Josef Link of Belleville, IL and Eva Kinzel (Larry) of New Athens, IL.; her stepdaughter-in-law Jeanne Hammel of Surfside Beach, SC.; her grandchildren, David Munier, Linda Wombacher (Don), Jeff Munier (April), Scott Hammel (Kathy), John Hammel (Tima) and Christopher Hammel (Stephanie); and her great grandchild Twenty. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Agatha Parish or to the New Athens Home for the Aged.
