He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Berthold of New Athens, IL; his sons, Allen Ray Crouch, Jr. (Kari) of Chester, IL, Andrew Louis Crouch (Kassi) of Ava, IL and David Allen Berthold (Leslie) of Sparta, IL; his siblings, Robert Lee Seifrig (Bernie) of Valpraiso, IN, Shirley Sterling (Otis) of Amarillo, TX, Marilyn Redding of Canton, TX, Dennis, Peggy, Alexis, John and Cecelia; his grandchildren, Meghan, Angela, David, Kimberly, Bella, Aidan, Kristopher and Emma Jean; his niece Jenny; and his nephew Jonathan. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
