Verna C. Cinnamon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna C. Cinnamon of Neponset, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2021 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verna C. Cinnamon to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Bennett and Ellen Bennett (Gould); her husband Cecil L. Cinnamon; her daughter Carolyn Leihsing; her stepson Donald Yaeger; her grandson Bill Yaeger; her siblings, Vera Seelye, Betty Carpenter, Leanore Kuster, Howard, Fred and Glen Bennett; and her close friend Robert Cinnamon.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Sue Stearns (David); her son-in-law Michael Leihsing of Sherrard, IL; her grandchildren, Wendy Gray, Jane Adams, Robert Yaeger, Jill Dzekunskas, Amy Wren, John Yaeger, Cinnamon King, Katie Stearns, Jeffrey Stearns, Jon Stearns, Sheri Tyne and Wendi Peters; her great grandchildren, Kaley, Ian, Holly, Kennedy, Kameron, Keaton, Kalayna, Jenna, Chase, Michael, Blake, Ryan, Emily, John, Zoe, Abbi, Anna, Caroline, Parker, Amberly and Clyde; her great great grandchildren, Blakely, Knox, Mara, Novah and Zyah; and her close friend Bonnie Norin.
