Cowling of Neponset, Illinois, born in Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Howe and Rena (Nichols); her husband Virgil L. Cowling; her son Ron Troyer; her siblings, Ronald Troyer, Tommy Troyer and De De Millirans; her grandson Nicholas Troyer; and her close friend Tom Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Troyer, Diana Sutton, Ginney Vinson (Ron) and Matt Cowling (Kalisa); and her sisters, Joyce Jarman and Helen Laubaugh. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
