He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Greeson and Martha Greeson (Tate); his son-in-law Gary Piper; his siblings, Marion, Ernest, Dexter Greeson, Lois Buchanan, Nellie Burgess and Daisy Fulton; and his grandchildren, Charles A. "Chad" Faris II and Donna Kelly Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Dortha Greeson of Neoga, Illinois; his children, Carl Greeson (Beverly) of Columbia and Carol Sue Piper of Springfield, Illinois; his grandchildren, Tara Davis of Neoga, Amy Piper of Springfield, Bryan Piper (Elizabeth), Carrie Guy (Nick) of Bainbridge Island and Colin Greeson (Chelsea) of St. Louis, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Micah Guy, Mallory Greeson and Katie Piper; and his sister-in-law Carol Montgomery. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
