He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Walk and Mary Louise Walk (Schoenhoff); and his brothers, David Walk and Joe Walk. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kate" Walk of Neoga, Illinois; his children, Andy Walk (Nikki) of Mattoon, Gina Walk Barrett of Frankfort and Julie Nievera (Brian) of Oak Lawn, Illinois; his grandsons, Joey Barrett and Oliver Nievera; and his siblings, Bernie Walk (Angie) of Mattoon, Steve Walk (Janis) of Mattoon, Illinois, JoAnn Brandenburg (Lamar) of Windsor and Janice Loftus of Decatur, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
