He is survived by: his wife Becky VanScyoc; his children, Rocky Cowger (Susan Jackson), Todd Cowger (Sarah) and K. C. Cowger (Ryan Himes); and his siblings, John Cowger and Shirlyn VanScyoc. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 7 great- great grandchildren.
