With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth A Cole (Neoga, Illinois), who passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxey Drennan and Erma Drennan (Overmeyer); and her siblings, Robert M. Drennan, Sara Edith Drennan, Elwanda White and Mary Jane Krietemeyer.
She is survived by: her spouse Glenn E. "Bud" Cole; her children, Melinda Effner (Steve) of Mattoon, Betty Henderson (Kent) of Toledo, Cinda Pringle (Stephen) of Oreana, Maxey Cole (Susan) of Mattoon, Terry Cole (Linda) of Charleston, Dan Cole (Lisa) of Toledo and Brian Cole (Tracy) of Charleston, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Donna Cole Trog of Mattoon, Illinois. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
Memorials in Ruth's memory are suggested to the Etna United Methodist Church, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital or the donor's choice.
