She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Cole and Helen Cole (Riley); her son Timothy W. "Lockjaw" Osborn; and her half-siblings, Don Cole, Olaf Cole, Ivan Cole, Madge Thompson and Margaret Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil F. "Bud" Osborn of Neoga, Illinois; her children, James L "Oz" Osborn (Jan) of Mattoon, Tony Scott Osborn of Mattoon, Illinois, Carren M. Smiley (Greg) of Mattoon and Connie D. Easter (Cole) of Greenup, Illinois; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Osborn of Sullivan, Illinois. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
