He is survived by: his children, Robert Michael Bernard, Diane Canfield (Curt), Beverly Ernst (Rusty) and Cindy Bernard; and his sister Barbara Roady. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
