He was predeceased by: his father Richard George; and his grandparents, Hazel, Marshall Bach, Lillian and Robert Harris.

He is survived by: his mother Sue Rogers Sr. (Ayers) of Mattoon, Illinois; his wife Gayla Rogers of Toledo, Illinois; his brother John Rogers (Autum Fazig) of Mattoon, Illinois; his children, Haily Rogers (Adrian Meadows), Chantelle Doedtman (Lucas) of Effingham and Cody Cope (Shaina) of Appleton, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Kaje, Blaiden and Raiden; and his nephews, Cody and Hunter Rogers.
