With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Barger of Neoga, Illinois, born in Janesville, Illinois, who passed away on August 17, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Barger and Hazel Barger (Wheeler); and his brothers, Max Barger and Bob Barger. He is survived by: his wife Carol Barger of Neoga, Illinois; his children, Kelly Barger (Sharon) of Neoga, Illinois and Shelley Barger of Houston, Texas; and his granddaughter Kelsey Barger of Mattoon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
