He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville V. Heaton and Dorothy Heaton (Lashbrook); his brother James Heaton; and his nephews, Jeff Heaton and Randy Heaton.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Heaton of Neoga, Illinois; his children, Neil "Toby" Heaton (Monica) and Jodi Creek (Larry) of Neoga, Illinois; his grandchildren, Andrew May, Courtney Arnold, Tyler May, Wesley Heaton, Krystal Warner and Cole French; his brother Robert Heaton (Marlene) of Toledo, Illinois; and his nephew Terry Heaton (Joy) of Texas. He is also survived by grandkids; 11 great grandkids; 12 bonus great grandkids.
