Blackburn and Evelyn Blackburn (Holland); his son Randy Blackburn (Kim) of Neoga, IL; his granddaughters, Heather Przybyla (Nick) of Lexington Park, MD and Allyssa Blackburn (Vince Brown) of Leonardtown, MD; his great grandchildren, Shyloh, Skyler Przybyla, Liam and Lochland Brown; his wife Sara "Sally" Blackburn; and his brothers, Charles "Lindy" Blackburn and McKinley "Lee" Blackburn.
Memorials may be made to the "Children's Ministries" at the Grace United Methodist Church of Neoga, Illinois.
