He is survived by: his father Harold C. Ballinger; his wife Diana Ballinger of Trowbridge, Illinois; his children, William Rahn (Kayleigh) of Pesotum, Amber Willenborg (Drew) of New Albany and Derrick Ballinger of Trowbridge, Illinois; his mother Peggy Ballinger (Schwerdt) of Trowbridge, Illinois; his grandchildren, Nora and Liam Rahn of Pesotum, Illinois; his siblings, David H. Ballinger (Anna) of Stewardson, Illinois, Debbie Kaufman (Steve) of Sarasota, Cindy Ambrosch (Rick) of East Peoria and Mary Lee (Alan) of Sarasota, Florida; his parents-in-law, Robert and Karen Rauch of Sullivan, Illinois; and his nephew Gunnar Ballinger. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
