He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Lucille Hartke, Richard and Darlene Kepp. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Hartke and LuAnn Hartke (Kepp); his wife Ashley Hartke; his daughters, Lola, Nora and Vera; his sisters, Mindi Haarman (Kevin) and Molly Hartke (Courtney); his nieces and nephews, Grady, Lucy Haarman and Ivy Jo Hartke; his parents-in-law, Dave and Lisa Fearday; his sisters-in-law, Sydney Fearday and Casey Schimmelpfenning (Aaron); his nieces and nephews, Brooklynn and Brady Schimmelpfenning; his father-in-law Barry Bullock; his brothers-in-law, Justin and James Bullock; his grandmother Judy Kepp (Claybaugh); and his pets, Oliver and Yadi. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Neoga Jr/Sr High Athletic Department.
