She was predeceased by: her parents, George Holmes and Mamie Bryan Holmes (Hunt); her husband Denny Rogers; and her siblings, George Jr., John, Charlie, Elmer Holmes and Margarette Brady.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Rogers (Lisa) of Effingham, Pamela Collins (Randy) of Charleston, Debby Way (Steve) of Charleston and Keeley Rogers (Jill) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Talia Watkins (Vince), Ted Rogers (Samantha), Jennifer Sledge (Jim), Christopher Collins (Katie), Shane Way, Mandy White (Nathaniel), Breanna Yantis (Bryce) and Dirk Bennett; her great grandchildren, Remy, Evyn Watkins, Peyton, Drew Sledge, Aiden, Brady Collins, Emsley, Ollie White, Dylen, Kenzie Way and Yantis; and her sister-in-law Alice Holmes of Charleston. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as "Nana".

She was a kind and generous woman whose deep and abiding faith was the foundation for her life.
