He is survived by: his parents, Richard McCarty and Diana McCarty; his siblings, Cortney James Connour (Jennifer), Justin McCarty, Jeremie McCarty (Michelle), Zachariah McCarty, Christopher Erwin, Tabatha McCarty, Shelbee Johnson (Chris) and Tisha Sheppard (Tyler); and his grandparents, Llyod "Hoss" Bueker, William and Linda Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
