She is survived by: her children, Pamela Church (Craig) of Bolingbrook, Deborah Prather (John) of Neoga, Melody Holt (Timothy) of La Grange and Robin Jones (Jarvis) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Garrett (Renee), Bradley Church (Sarah), Nolan, Daniel Holt, Ryonna and Ryleigh Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Marshall, Logan Church, Kyla, Ethan Church, Jonathan Prather and Leia Caldwell.
