He is survived by: his wife Rose Koester of Neoga, Illinois; his children, William Harsch of Sevierville, Tennessee, Elizabeth Hill of McHenry, Mary Rosenquist (Leif) of Naperville, Tammy Sparrow (Todd) of Neoga and Tabatha Baker (Dennis) of Carlsbad, California; and his brother James Harsch of Phoenix, Arizona..
