He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Ballinger and Edna Lois Ballinger (McClain); his wife Vera Ballinger; and his siblings, Rex Ballinger, Patsy Crabtree and Connie Ballinger.
He is survived by: his children, Troy Ballinger of Windsor and Theresa Ballinger of Neoga, Illinois; his sister Barbara Shutts of Mattoon, Illinois; and his granddaughter Allisyn Ballinger of Neoga.
