He is survived by: his mother Yoko Matayoshi of Raleigh; his wife Reeni McElyea; his sons, Wesly Letizia of Destin and Zachary Letizia of Neoga, Illinois; and his siblings, Greg Letizia (Cindy) of Sunset Beach, Veronica Knott (Steve) of Kingman and Bonny Grabowski (Michael) of Mission Viejo, California..
