He is survived by: his wife Vickie Dill; his sons, Mark Anthony Jewell (Nikki) of Mattoon, IL and Shane Jewell of Neoga, IL; his grandchildren, Dakota and Jade Jewell of Mattoon, IL; his siblings, Dalene Moore of Mattoon, IL and Maryann Anderson (Kenny) of Mattoon, IL; his siblings-in-law, Larry Dobbs (Darlene), Craig Dobbs (Tracy) of Decatur, IL, Terri Willison of Rosehill, IL, Sharon Locke (Steve) of Rosehill, IL, Wanda Adamson (Tony) of Toledo, IL, Brenda Green of Mattoon, IL and Joy Shupe (Monty) of Greenup, IL; and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
