He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Witters and Sara Plummer (Baily); and his children, Kim and Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Judith Freeman; and his children, Penny Detwiler, Angie, Mark Bean, Cindy Bean and Gary Plummer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters.
