She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stanley and Delpha M. York (Barr); and her spouse Jimmie Lee Smith. She is survived by: her children, Chad Smith of Neoga, Todd Scott (Polly) of Bement, Debbie Beauchamp (Rick) of Bement and Kim Phillips of Mt. Zion. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
