She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Maxwell Colbert and Mary Ann Colbert (Molno); her husband Joel Franklin Fowler; and her brother Larry Colbert. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Fred (Jeff) of Effingham, IL, Wayne Foster (Lora) of Neoga, IL and Danielle Swango (Eric) of Lerna, IL; and her grandchildren, Kaylee Loy (Brandon) of Effingham, IL, Jennifer Fred of Effingham, IL, Jessica McWhirter (Chris) of West Liberty, IL, Billy Foster of Neoga, IL, Erica Swango of Lerna, IL and Jayden Swango of Lerna, IL. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
The family requests social distancing during the visitation and service.
