He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Loggans and Norma Jean Davidson (Nash); his adoptive parents, Marion "Dave" and Edith Davidson; his stepbrother Gene Miller; and his nephew Rick Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Davidson of Neoga, Illinois; his sons, Eric Davidson (Jill) of Charleston and Chad Davidson (Krista) of Tiffin, Iowa; his grandchildren, Emily Davidson, Timothy Davidson, Henry Davidson, Abigail Davidson and Charles Davidson; his half-sisters, Debbie Tucker of Montana, Pamela Cearlock (Larry) of Harristown and Wanda Bridges (Jim) of Mattoon, Illinois; his stepsister Wanda Brown (Paul) of Michigan; his uncle Alan Nash of Decatur, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Patricia Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
