He was predeceased by: his parent Josie Perry. He is survived by: his wife Amber Perry of Neoga, Illinois; and his sons, Shane Perry (Dianna Smyser) of Neoga and Ed Perry of Neoga. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
