He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morris and Mary Alice Hilligoss (Crockett); and his siblings, Warren Wilson Hilligoss, Leonard Lyman Hilligoss and Ruth Ann Hurley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Louise Larsen (Charles) of Denver, CO, Ronald Robert Hilligoss (Janet) of Decatur, Garold Gene Hilligoss (Joyce) of Cerro Gordo, Edward Earl Hilligoss of Indianapolis, IN, Lois Evelyn Harris of Gays, Floyd Foster Hilligoss of Windsor and Arnold Alvin Hilligoss (Susie) of Effingham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
