He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Redmon; his children, Allethia Shoot (Russell) and John Davis (Veronica); his stepchildren, Denise Hollingsworth, Tom Woodyard (Amber) and Monica Woodyard; his grandchildren, Madison, Brayden, Zackery, Addison and Norah; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Emmett; and his brother Larry Davis (Mary).
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to the Coles County Animal Shelter.
