It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara E. Stilabower-Elgin of Neoga, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Hobson and Kathryn Hobson (Ashenbremer); her husbands, Kenneth Stiabower and Pat Elgin; her children, Patsy Altman and Ronnie Stilabower; her brother Charles Hobson; her half-brothers, Carl Blythe, Don Blythe and Reo Blythe; and her sisters, Opal Randle and Lucy Askins.
She is survived by: her son David Stilabower (Carolyn) of Neoga, Illinois. She is also survived by four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
