She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Viola Irene Womack (Sampson); her husband Harold Kenworthy; and her siblings, Dale Womack, Larry Womack, Emmaline Lampe and Patricia Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Jennie Hahn (Jim) of Mattoon, Bill Kenworthy (Jannie) of Neoga, James Kenworthy (Sherri) of Cowden and Tony Kenworthy (Carol) of Neoga, Illinois; her sister Romona Lott of Modesto, California; her grandchildren, Amanda McKee, Ryan Hahn (Kena), Eric Hahn, Tyler Hahn, Tommy Kenworthy (Celina), Amy Kenworthy, Brandon Kenworthy (Heather), Brett Kenworthy (Jordan), Brooke Kenworthy and Dylan Kenworthy; and her niece Diana Fearday (Keith). She is also survived by Twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Camp New Hope or Grace United Methodist Church.
