She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Maycroft and Cleo Maycroft (Culter); her former husband Norman K. Evans; her husband Loyd Stivers; her sons, Dale K. Evans and Thomas W. Evans; her grandson Paul Frailey; her great grandchild Dezarea Woods; her siblings, Betty Rhodes and Harold Maycroft; and her son-in-law Brian Bills.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Gene Evans, Pam Storm Peggy Frailey (Aubrey) and Penny Hess (Steve); her daughter-in-law Mona Evans; her grandchildren, Jessica Evans (Joshua Kelly), Ryan Evans (Maddie), Kristina Evans, Tommy Evans, Ray Storm (Kristi), Bryan Storm, Miles Storm (Kiah) and Chelsea Devall (Adam); her sister Beverly Kaczanowski; and her sister-in-law Kristin Maycroft. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
