She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Grover and Helen Leona Shanks Seeman; her daughter-in-law Nina Cloninger; and her sisters, Thelma Kirn, Lottie Iler, Edna Steimac, Doris Gagliardo, Frances Fuller and Lillian Evering.
She is survived by: her husband Oscar Eugene 'O. E.' Cloninger; her children, Albert Earl Cloninger of Pittsfield, IL, Randy Eugene Cloninger (Ruby) of Nebo, IL and Cindy Annette Shaw of Pittsfield, IL; her grandchildren, Evan Moss (Liz), Rachel Cloninger, John Cloninger, Rhett Cloninger (Amber), Deidre Ingersoll (C. J.), Koren Mandragon, Mandy Cloninger, Chad Cloninger, Cassie Tran and Lydia Moss Reel (Chris); and her sister Bonnie Steinacher of Carrollton, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
