It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George A. Neitzel of Nebo, Illinois, born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neitzel and Sylvia Andersen Neitzel; and his brother Terrance Neitzel. He is survived by: his wife Melissa D. Neitzel of Belleview; his daughter Alexandria Neitzel; his mother-in-law Sharla Nickell of Belleview; and his brother Charles Neitzel (Diane) of Kansasville, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill.
