He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly and Opal Waggoner Kelly; and his siblings, Barbara Chamberlain, Lawrence Kelly (Bill Kelly) and Robin.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Graham; his son Brett Kelly of Nebo; his granddaughters, Catherine Jean Trammel (Justin) of Quincy and Nicki Lozen (Mike) of Prescott, AZ; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Caden, Isabella Lozen and Asher Trammel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill or to the Crescent Heights Cemetery Association.
