He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Eugene and Eula Louise Fox Stauffer; and his sister Sally Shaw. He is survived by: his close friend Annette Mulford of Pittsfield; his children, Craig Stauffer of Hannibal, MO, Phillip Stauffer of Pleasant Hill, Heidi Stauffer of Nebo, Katie Stauffer of Pleasant Hill and Rachel Stauffer of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Evan, Elizabeth, Hazel, Christopher and Elena; and his siblings, Nancy Gibson, Patty Teeters, Merle Howland, Mike Howland and Billy Howland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
