He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hall (Stevenson) of Nauvoo, IL; his daughters, Deena Salliby (Sal) of Georgia and Margo Campbell of Arizona; his grandchildren, Tanner Dunkin of Georgia, Colton Dunkin of Arizona, Josh Campbell (Kimberly) of Idaho and Lauren Campbell of Arizona; his stepchildren, Karie Mathena (Kim Maxwell) of Iowa, Kelly LeMaire (Matt) of Illinois and Kade Harl (Stacie) of Illinois; his stepgrandchildren, Karlee Mathena, Hunter Maxwell (Hunter Kelsey) of Iowa, Colin, Cadee LeMaire of Illinois, Keaton and Kennedy Harl of Illinois; his great grandchild Wesley Campbell of Idaho; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Nolan Moehle of Idaho and Layne Kelsey of Iowa; and his siblings, Judy Loftus (John) of Florida, John Hall (Linda) of Florida and Kathy Roberts of Florida.
